Terms and Conditions of AI Desktop Community Membership
Note: These terms and conditions may be varied from time to time.

1. Payment of the AI Desktop membership subscription fee is through the
Success Box website monthly in advance.

2. Non-payment of any AI Desktop membership subscription fee
by a member by the renewal date is grounds for removal of service.

3. Membership may be terminated by either party without reason
with service ceasing at the expiry of the paid subscription period.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused subscription period except where legislation requires a refund or credit.

4. Success Box does not provide business or career advice through
the Success Box website or AI Desktop Community membership subscription; any information furnished is of a general nature only.

5. The learning offered by Success Box may vary from time to time
and may be adjusted or removed without providing further notice.

6. Any learning, seminar or webinar that incurs a separate charge is
clearly identified.

7. Success Box will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred
by any AI Desktop Community membership subscriber for any reason whatsoever.

8. This contract is made under the laws governing corporations within the State of Victoria, Australia.
