Terms and Conditions of AI Desktop Workshops
Note: These terms and conditions may be varied from time to time.

1. Payment and Registration: Payment in AUD occurs upon registration and includes GST.

2. Cancellation by the Attendee: Ticket transfer can happen at any stage with notification to the organiser. Full refund available 30+ days from the workshop. No refund within 30 days of the workshop.

3. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser: If the workshop is cancelled for circumstances outside the organiser’s control, the organiser will provide a full refund or credit to a future event.

4. Privacy Policy: Your data is collected for contact with the registered workshop, which will automatically opt in for Marketing from SuccessBOX. There is an opt-out option at all times. Please notify info@successbox.solutions to view or change details. You will be asked to sign a release form for images and testimonial usage (first name only) for marketing purposes

5. Behaviour Expectations: We expect all attendees to respect other attendees and staff; no disruptive behaviour or offensive will be tolerated. The consequence for not adhering to these expectations will be removed from the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: Intellectual Property for this workshop is owned by SuccessBOX; however, we encourage you to take photos and share limited content.

7. Limitations of Liability: Attendance at the workshop is at the attendee’s own risk. SuccessBOX will not be held liable for personal injury or property damage that may occur during attendance to the extent allowed by law.

8. Accessibility and Special Requirements: SuccessBOX is an accessibility-friendly company that will endeavour to accommodate attendees when advised of their needs.

9. Force Majeure: SuccessBOX is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

11. Amendments: SuccessBOX reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
